Ms. Gallardo joined RCIM in 2004 and has been actively involved in the analysis, due diligence, closing and asset management of retail, industrial and residential assets for the Lion Mexico Fund.  Ms. Gallardo offers more than seven years of real estate experience with a focus on retail and low-income housing.

Ms. Gallardo is currently responsible for overseeing the performance of the fund’s assets, including recent expansions to the 2.9 million square foot retail portfolio and a US$40 million low-income housing platform, among others.

Ms. Gallardo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a major in Finance from ITAM, Mexico D.F. and has received a Master’s degree in Finance from ITAM.
