Mr. Rios joined RCIM in 2006 and offers more than fourteen years of real estate investment banking and asset management experience. In his position with Lion Mexico Fund, Mr. Rios has played an active role implementing and overseeing the performance of a retail portfolio investment valued at $450 million.

Prior to joining RCIM, Mr. Rios was an associate in Fenix Capital Group, a company owned by Deutsche Bank Real Estate, where he participated in the underwriting and servicing of a real estate portfolio of more than 11,000 assets. From 2001 through 2006, Mr. Rios played a key role in the acquisition of three additional real estate portfolios funded by Deutsche Bank equity group, GE Capital and GMAC resulting in investments of more than $100.3 million.

Mr. Rios holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Finance.
